We see our landlords as partners in our farming operation and treat every acre we rent as we would our own ground. It is our goal to build long-term relationships with our landlords. By working together to improve the land through effective management we can both be more profitable. We offer landowners more than just a cash rent check. Soil sample results, yield maps, and productivity records are just a few of the things you can expect when partnering with us.
We would be interested in any cash rent, share crop, flex lease or custom farming lease arrangements.
